T154Z EMULSIFYING AGENT FOR EXPLOSIVES

DESCRIPTION :

T154Z is a synthetic polyisobutylene succinimide prepared by non-chlorination route (thermal adduction process). It’s free of chlorine. Emulsion explosives made from the emulsifier possess fine storage stability and shape. T154Z is a fine emulsifier with high stability for production of powerful emulsion explosives.

APPLICATIONS :

The emulsion explosives prepared with T154Z in combination with other emulsifiers could result in fine explosive properties such as excellent stability and well-distributed colloidal particles. It is an ideal material for the production of emulsion explosive.

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION :

It is packed in 200 litre steel drum, with the net weight at 170 kg per drum. The products in the storage, handling and blending should meet the requirements of SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75℃. The ambient temperature for long-term storage should not exceed 45℃. It is nonflammable, nonexplosive, and noncorrosive. The precautions in safety, environment control, and application are the same as those of common petroleum products, having no need of special protection.
